Permit data is public. Contact info takes work.

Anyone can pull up a new permit on the county website. The part that takes time — cross-referencing state license records, tracking down a phone number or email — is what most businesses skip or do slowly. PermitChaser does it automatically, so you can reach permit holders before anyone else has even started searching.

PermitChaser pays for itself two ways: the moment it saves you two hours of manual research, and the moment you close your first sale from a lead it found you. Both tend to happen fast — because when you're the first to call a permit holder, you're not competing against anyone. Most of your competition isn't doing this at all, or they're doing it slowly by hand and arriving late.
